Get in touch

Tell us where you are up to

A short conversation is usually enough to tell you what your next step is and how long you have to take it. If a date is already running — an auction this weekend, a cooling-off period, a settlement date, or a notice from a developer — say so in your first message. Those dates are short and some of them cannot be extended.

Please do not send detail about your matter before a conflict check. A short summary is enough to arrange a first conversation.

What to say first

Which property, whether you are buying or selling, whether there is a contract yet, and whether you have exchanged.

If there is a date running

Say so at the top of your message. An auction, a cooling-off period or a notice from a developer changes the order everything else happens in.

The contract

Send the contract for sale in full, including the annexures at the back. It answers most of the early questions on its own.

Costs
